We have had ribs all over the US. It's one of my husband's favorite foods. We gave up rib-hope until we tried Hato's. These are authentic Southern US ribs. Great staff too.

Small but quality selection of Japanese & American craft beer. English menu. Don't know if it's the location or the BBQ theme, but this place is heavily populated by foreigners. Hip ghetto-chic decor.
